Technical advantages
Products can be fed at 90° both from the left or right. Once the stack
reaches the plate, an electronic detector starts the pusher taking the packet
to the welding area (OMG Patent).

Problems with dog-ears and skewing of the stack, caused by pushing
against the film, are solved by a sensor which prevents the stack touching
the film.

Stopper device stops the packet and holds it during the wrapping, in
pneumatic cycle (OMG Patent) (mod. 500) (avoids the pile pushing against
the film and stops it).

Device for the automatic double stop of the packet and hold during the
wrapping, in pneumatic cycle (OMG Patent) (mod. 600) (avoids the pile
pushing against the film and stops it).

Thermal welding bar with adjustable welding time and vertical up/down
movement.

Shrink tunnel
Perforated teflon conveyor belt – Adjustable rollers to
obtain a compact packet at the mini tunnel delivery – Forced air circulation
from the side, top and bottom – Electronic temperature and ventilation
