Tecnau unwinding, cutting and stacking system (roll- and off-line), suitable for paper of 15-300 gsm, designed for web widths of up to 320 mm. Consisting of:

• Tecnau UW 550 unwinder

• Tecnau TC 7000 TS cutter (for paper up to 300 gsm)

• Tecnau TC 1220 stacker

• Tecnau LX 728167 delivery conveyor belt of 2 meter length

Tecnau UW 550 unwinder
Solution to feed most advanced digital printers, feed offline high speed inserters and all standard finishing solutions such as roll to stack, roll to fold and roll to book block solutions.
The center-shaft driven Unwinder 550 feeds a roll of paper into the printer for continuous printing. Standard features of the Unwinder 550 include an interactive touch screen display, compatibility with multiple core sizes and an easy to use splice station.

Tecnau TC 7000 TS cutter
Heavy weight pinless cutter and paper handling, full bleed cut, specially suitable for graphic arts, packaging and labels. Height adjustment device, ejectrion rollers and blank paper diverter.
Supported cut lengths in combination with TC 1220 stacker Min. 6″ to max. 17″
Pinless feeding, speed up to 24.000 cuts/hour with 12″ format
